Lee Boykin Jr. A report from KTRK states that a male driver and his female friend were in a vehicle that was pulling into the parking lot of the Express Inn when Boykin flashed his patrol vehicle lights. Prosecutors allege that Boykin told the woman she had a warrant out for her arrest and drove her to a different parking lot where he forced her to perform oral sex acts, KPRC reported. He then allegedly placed his hand on his firearm and told the woman to run. Multiple reports say the woman was able to report the incident to Houston Police after running to a nearby fast-food restaurant.

Friday when a woman accepted a ride from a friend while walking back to a hotel with her husband. The trooper, wearing his uniform and driving his marked car, handed the driver a traffic ticket for failing to signal a lane change and told the woman to get into his patrol vehicle.

Emilee Speck , Digital journalist. Christopher Delrusso, 26, first met the victim in March when the girl was driving without a license and crashed, according to the arrest report. Delrusso issued the year-old two citations for the incident, detectives said, making him fully aware of her age. Delrusso told detectives he went to the hospital to see the victim and he gave her his personal cellphone, as a way for them to communicate about the crash investigation. On June 9, the suspect said he and the year-old victim had sex in his truck in a wooded area.
